Misako Akiyama - owner of Atelier Okashi

 It was a slice of roll cake that first sparked my passion for pastries, cakes, and sweets and how they are created. So, I quit my office job and started to learn about French pastries. I worked in several shops and attended pastry schools in both Kyoto and Tokyo. 

 In 2017 I moved to Switzerland and shortly after opened my own pastry company, Atelier Okashi.
