I have been baking and supplying cafes in Zurich with my pastries since 2018.  My sweets are made with French tradition and Japanese flavour.

All of the pastries are handmade and the manufacturing process needs time. We kindly ask you to place orders a minimum of four days in advance. 
Deliveries are made except Mondays and Wednesdays.

Canelé

A canelé  is a speciality of the Bordeaux region in France.  It has  a caramelized crust and a tender custard center. I have three flavours: traditional with vanilla, original matcha, and chocolate.
Canelé are only avalaible on weekends.

Allergy advise

All products may contain dairy products (except vegan ones). The chocolate used may contain traces of hazelnuts and almonds. In general, the flours and chocolate used can always contain traces of nuts, as the products are manufactured in factories where nuts are also processed.
